Glenn represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex business disputes, including litigation and arbitration of securities, corporate governance, antitrust, business tort, and contract claims. His clients have included telecom companies, private investment bankers, securities brokers, and business owners. He has extensive experience in representing plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal class actions. He also counsels new business owners in the formation and operation of limited liability companies and corporations.

Glenn practiced securities fraud class action litigation at Gold Bennett Cera & Sidener from 1991 to 1995. As an associate at Goodin, MacBride, Squieri, Day & Lamprey from 2003 to 2007, his practice included false claims, antitrust, securities, contract and business tort cases in a variety of business sectors. He ran his own litigation and arbitration firm from 1996 to 2003. Glenn's pro bono work includes acting as counsel to the directors of Wat Buddhanusorn, the Thai Buddhist temple in Fremont, California. He is a graduate of Swarthmore College (B.A. 1981) and Suffolk University (J.D., cum laude, 1988), where he was a law review editor.
